Cell Introduction
The Business Strategy Cell works in various projects regardless of its size. They work with our partner companies and create new strategies to increase revenue. They learn as they analyze user related advertisement data or advertisement revenue data and share their findings to reach the most optimal results. We are looking for candidates that possess the courage to try new things while humbly and readily accepting feedback from others.
Job Responsibilities 
The main responsibilities lie in creating the most optimal way of increasing OP.GG’s advertisement revenue from its web and app product’s global traffic. As each product differs from each other, we learn by constantly communicating rather than adhering by a ‘set of rules’.

Job Vision

Proactively participate as a key member in advertisement monetization of OP.GG, currently having over 55 million MAU and selected as Alexa Top 300.
Participate in various global products prepared by OP.GG
You are not limited to advertisements as a ‘advertisement monetization manager’, instead participating to increase user experience and the product.

Main responsibilities

Web/mobile app monetization – management and operation of advertisement and partner companies
App monetization – management and operation of advertisement, Mediation, and Network
Revenue projection, planning, and strategy of new advertisement


Education : No degree Required
Major : not required
Experience : 3+ years
Understanding of advertisements in the IT industry
Business English Communication skills (Writing required)
Comfortable with teamwork and good communication skills
Experience with App/Web monetization
Proactive and enjoys challenges
Native English Communication skills and has a global perspective
Experience using Admanager, Admod, Mopub, and other dashboard managers
